Blue Whale Enterprises LLC will only provide qualified motor carrier to our customers who meet the following criteria as prescribed by the United States Department of Transportation.

• DOT Operating Authority

• DOT Safety Rating of ‘Satisfactory‘

• Minimum – $1,000,000 Liability Insurance

• Minimum – $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance

• Minimum – $100,000 Cargo Insurance

• CSA – Carrier must not exceed intervention thresholds as prescribed by The Department of Transportation
