Requirements

• Motor Carrier Operating Authority.

• Bodily Injury & Public Damage Insurance Coverage of $1,000,000.

• General Liability Insurance Coverage of $1,000,000

• Cargo Insurance – $100,000

• Workman’s Compensation “Where Required”

• Satisfactory DOT Rating
